Jumbo diamond pave heart pendant with overlays of pink sapphires  in 18K gold. Reverse is oxidized silver,  "Love" in raised 18K wire script.                                                                                                    

4 pink sapphires 0.55ct tw,  2 rose-cut slices 3.8 cts tw.
